Post acquisition Planning and Integration
DIVESTMENTS
Initial Assessment - We will never expose a company to
a sale process unless we are satisfied that its performance enables it to
be sold at the right price.
Acquirer Search - We identify commited strategic buyers from our research resources. We know from experience that strategic buyers justify premiums for prices of companies we have sold.
Negotiation - We negotiate a sell transaction on behalf of our clients thereby being able to act as a buffer between buyer and seller and protecting their relationships which enables us to obtain the best price.
Management of the Sale Process - We manage the due diligence, legal and financial matters on behalf of our client by liaising with accountants, lawyers and purchaser’s advisers to ensure that the deal completes.
THE AMERAC COMMITMENT
- For each assignment the client works only with one consultant from start
to completion.
The stages in the M & A process for which Amerac will assist the client is predetermined and Amerac will adhere to the agreement.
The length of the periods for each stage defined above will be agreed with the client. This is the deadline to which the Amerac consultant will adhere unless altered by the client or any force majeure.
OUR FEES
Our remuneration is based on a Success Fee and a reasonable non refundable
Retainer to cover travel and other expenses in the event that the proposed
transaction is not completed.
The above is included in a Fee Agreement with the client for each assignment.
